OFWpay with ReliaFund

ReliaFund is our former partner for processing OFWpay™ transactions. If you are still using an existing OFWpay account with ReliaFund, here is what you'll want to know.

 

Payment Limits & Fees with ReliaFund

For each payment you send using OFWpay with ReliaFund, you may encounter the following payment limits and transaction fees.
 

Weekly payment limit

For security purposes, we place weekly limits on your OFWpay payments. These limits cap the total amount of money you can transfer to your co-parent per week within any number of payments. 

If you're using OFWpay with ReliaFund, your weekly payment limit is $1,000. Within any period of 5 business days, you can only send $1,000 to your co-parent.

Transaction amounts and fees

You'll only be charged a transaction fee if you are sending a payment to your co-parent via OFWpay. No fees are charged to the parent receiving the funds.

• Transactions between 0 - $100: $2.50 Fee
• Transactions between $101.00 - $999.00: $5.00 Fee
• Transactions greater than $1,000: $7.50 Fee

Fees for failed transactions

You may run into a fee if there is a problem with an OFWpay payment you send. In the event of a payment problem, your OFWpay account will be suspended temporarily, and you'll need to get in touch with our support team to handle any of the following fees to reactivate your account:

• Returns/NOC: $25.00 minimum fee
• Reversals: $25.00 minimum fee
• NSF Own Account: $25.00 minimum fee
