Practitioners | Website
My Cases is the central hub for all client connections through the OurFamilyWizard website. This is where you'll go to send new requests, respond to access requests you've received, review client subscription statuses and more. Use the following tutorials to understand how to use My Cases to efficiently organize your work with clients on OFW.

What is professional access?
OurFamilyWizard Family Law Practitioner accounts are built to facilitate your work with clients who are using OurFamilyWizard for their co-parenting communication. Professional access, the main feature of your practitioner account, allows you to check subscription statuses, access client activity on OFW, review past communication and download authenticated records. Rather than wait for clients to provide important documentation, you'll be able to retrieve records and access important information on your own schedule.
Professional access must be agreed to by both parties, and either you or your client can send requests to be connected.
With access to one parent in a family, you are able to send messages to that parent and review communication records from their point of view.
With access to both parents in a family, you are able to:
- Send messages to both parents
- Review communication records from either parents' point of view
- Create certain entries, such as the parenting schedule, holidays and expense categories
Connecting to clients on OFW
Creating new accounts for clients
Practitioners can create client accounts in a simple 3-step process. After accounts are created, we'll reach out to the parents to help them get started on OurFamilyWizard.
Connecting to clients already on OFW
For clients that are already using OurFamilyWizard, you can send them a request for professional access with just their full name and email address.
Responding to access requests
Clients can also send you a request to access their account, and you have multiple ways to respond to these requests.
Stay apprised of all important activity within your clients' accounts by activating notifications on a case-by-case basis.
Requests for Client Documentation
While you can print client records via Professional Access, you can always contact us to request certified copies of client documentation.
