What is Professional Access?

Practitioner Accounts on OurFamilyWizard are built to facilitate your work with clients who use the app. Professional Access allows you to check subscription statuses, access client activity on OurFamilyWizard, review past communication and download authenticated records. Rather than wait for clients to provide important documentation, you'll be able to retrieve records and access important information on your own schedule.

Professional Access can be granted to you by your clients, or you can send access requests to them through your account.

With access to one parent in a family, you are able to send messages to that parent and review communication records from their point of view.

With access to both parents in a family, you are able to:

  • Send messages to both parents
  • Review communication records from either parents' point of view
  • Create certain entries, such as the parenting schedule, holidays and expense categories

Creating new accounts for clients
