Notifications for client activity

Back to My Cases overview

Email and text notifications for activity within client accounts are activated on a per-family basis. 

Click on 'Family Settings' in My Cases to enable notifications for a family.
  1. Find the family for which you'd like to receive notifications in My Cases
  2. Click Family Settings
  3. Select the notifications you would like to receive. 
    1. Daily Digest: A once daily email with a summary of all activity for that account
    2. On Action AlertsIndividual emails or texts about client activity sent immediately. 
  4. Click Save
