I specialize in providing counseling and coaching for people in relationships with someone with Borderline or Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and people going through High-Conflict separation, divorce, contested custody or litigation in the family court system all over the country. I also I have worked with all age groups, varying populations and cultures, in a variety of settings including local mental health offices, as well as inpatient and outpatient psychiatric facilities. My work in two major psychiatric hospitals as well as a crisis intervention program at a local mental health center provided me with extensive experience delivering individual, family and group therapy to adults. I have received one-on-one supervision and training from nationally known professionals in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as counseling for individuals involved in High Conflict legal disputes. I also have post-graduate training and education in evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). In addition to operating my private counseling practice, I am also a consultant for The High Conflict Institute PatternViewer team, providing consulting and coaching to help parents cope with patterns of high conflict behavior in divorce and custody cases.

I also offer a customized program called the High Conflict Divorce and Custody Program where I deliver services focused on anxiety containment, emotion regulation, case organization, healthy communication, conflict reduction techniques and co-parenting during legal disputes. This course is available in person, over the phone or via FaceTime or Skype sessions.
