Legal Resource Day - Denver Courts
Denver Courts are hosting a free Legal Resource Day. There will be informational sessions covering Small Claims, Landlord/Tenant Rights and Obligations, Protection Orders, Estate Planning, DR 101, and Trial/Hearing Preparation. These sessions are available in person and virtually. Additionally, there will be Ask An Attorney sessions. Participants can speak to an attorney for roughly 30 minutes in the areas of: Family Law, Probate (Wills, Guardianships, Conservatorships), and County Court Civil (Money cases, Landlord/Tenant, Small Claims). In addition to those free sessions, participants will be able to complete requirements for their divorce with children and custody cases by attending a FREE Mediation Session and a FREE Parenting Class Session. There is limited availability for the Parenting Class, the Mediation Sessions, and the Ask an Attorney clinic and pre-registration is required, so please reach out to your Family Court Facilitator or call (303) 606-2442 to register.
