I have been practicing family law on the North Shore for over 30 years. Throughout my career, I realized that most of my clients were better served if they resolved their differences instead of litigating their issues in Court. By agreeing they might reduce the emotional and financial costs to the entire family of divorce. So, I trained in mediation and collaborative practice and for the past 15 years or so have been offering these alternatives to litigation. As a mediator and collaborative practitioner, I help people to discuss and resolve issues such as: divorce, alimony, child custody and support, college expenses, parenting, property division, grandparent’s rights, prenuptial agreements, and modification and enforcement of existing orders.
