I'm a certified mediator in NY, CA and Washington, D.C. I have over 10 years of experience in mediation and a M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution with a concentration in Mediation from Columbia University in New York City. I specialize in Family Mediation and Divorce Mediation. Many people think of mediation as a facilitative process rather than a transformative one. I believe however that while it’s a facilitative process, it can transform those who are taught the skills inherent in learning the practice, which is when an impartial third party facilitates a voluntary, confidential dialogue to help disputants address their needs and issues.
