Christian mediates a broad range of cases including commercial and corporate business matters, real property disputes, commercial contracts, probate disputes, commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues, and divorce and custody conflicts. Christian’s business mediations have included Fortune 500 companies as well as international corporations. In addition to his private mediation practice, Christian actively mediates cases and provides mediaiton training throughout Utah. He has been a guest lecturer and mediation trainer at Brigham Young University School of Law, University of Utah School of Law, the Institute of Advanced Mediation and Problem Solving, Utah Dispute Resolution and the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution. Christian is an active member of the Utah State Bar Dispute Resolution Section.
