Scientific research conducted on our Parenting and Divorce online course showed that parents who took our class increased their knowledge of positive parenting skills and of the harmful effects of parent conflict. Through examples, stories, and exercises the parent is guided through myriad topics of major concern to them and to their children as they proceed with separation and divorce. Both married and never married parents will benefit from this course.
Such topics include legal issues, alternative dispute resolution options, the special needs of children related to their development, and the impact of conflict on the family. Conflict resolution skills are emphasized to give parents the necessary tools as they navigate this event in their family’s life.
