Archiving a Message

You can archive any messages in your account if you wish to do so. Archiving a message from your Inbox or Sent folders will not affect the status of that message in your co-parent’s account. Additionally, all moved and archived messages will remain chronicled in the All Messages folder.

1. Locate the message you wish to archive within your Messages.

2. You can archive a message in one of two ways:

   1. By clicking the checkbox located to the left of the message in the Message Preview bar and then clicking the Archive button located at the top of the message. This looks like a file drawer.

   2. By opening the message, then clicking on the three vertical dots to the right of the message and selecting the Archive option.
