Tyson and Murphy Associates.

David Tyson and Ellen Murphy are husband and wife licensed clinical social workers, who work independently as private practice clinicians and often together presenting educational seminars. We each provide experienced, professional help for individual adults, adolescents, couples, families and groups. Ellen sees clients in Virginia. David is licensed in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. As a couple, we host regular peer supervision groups where we collaborate, sharing ideas about our work, offering support and alternative perspectives that may be utilized in treatment with our clients. This group format brings together our unique backgrounds, allowing us to provide various perspectives and expanding the caliber of care we offer clients. All clinical information is depersonalized to protect confidentiality.
