Anna Mazek-Vann, LCPC, CDVP, NCC is bilingual ( English/Polish) therapist who provides individual, couples and family therapy to children, teens and adults from diverse backgrounds. She is culturally sensitive LGBTQ+ therapist. She has extensive training and experience working with complex trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, childhood trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, substance abuse mood disorders, and anxiety. She approaches therapy through client centered theoretical approach from a biopsychosocial prospective. She creates an empathetic, supportive environment, focusing on the strengths and internal resources of the client, establishing common goals, thus empowering the client to make lasting changes. Anna is an EMDR trained therapist. She also has training in Divorce Mediation, Crisis Intervention Management and Human Trafficking. She is also certified as National Adoption Specialist.
