Best Practices for the Future of Family Law Mediation

An OurFamilyWizard Panel Presentation

COVID-19 has required family law attorneys to quickly adapt to new ways of practicing. While it is uncertain when COVID-19 will be fully under control in the United States, it is clear that it will have an enduring impact on the practice of family law.

As already backlogged courts have become further burdened and a greater number of practitioners have successfully completed remote mediations and COVID-19 related mediations, there is an opportunity for mediation to offer families novel options for resolving their conflicts. Watch this webinar to learn from experienced practitioners about how you can leverage best practices for the future of family law mediation to benefit your practice and your clients.

Note: Video contains some information specific to North Carolina law regarding mediation.
