How do I make sure I'm receiving important emails from OFW?

If you are not receiving emails from us, it is possible that we have been marked as spam. To fix this, you will need to remove our email addresses from your spam list. This would include any email with the suffix @ourfamilywizard.com. 

Here are instructions for how to unmark email addresses as spam for several common email clients:

Yahoo mailYahoo

  1. Open Yahoo in your web browser and log into your account. 
  2. Click the Sidebar menu icon.
  3. Click the Spam folder. 
  4. Select any emails in this list from @ourfamilywizard.com. 
  5. Click the Not Spam icon.

Gmail iconGmail

  1. Open Gmail in your web browser and log into our account.
  2. In your list of folders on the left, click Spam. If you don't see Spam, click More, and it will appear in the list below. 
  3. Review your email list for any emails from @ourfamilywizard.com. Open these emails or check the box to the left of these emails in the list. 
  4. At the top of the page, click Not Spam.

  1. Open your email client in your web browser and log into your account.
  2. In your list of folders on the left, go to Junk Email
  3. Click on any emails from @ourfamilywizard.com on this list. 
  4. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Not Junk.

  2. In your list of folders on the left, go to Spam.
  3. Click on or check any of emails from @ourfamilywizard.com on this list. 
  4. Click the Unmark as Spam (or Not Spam) button.

  2. In your list of folders, go to your Spam folder.
  3. Check any emails from @ourfamilywizard.com on this list.

  2. In your list of folders on the left, go to your Junk or Spam folder.
  3. Check any emails from @ourfamilywizard.com on this list. 
  4. Click the Not Junk button.
  5. You may also want to check your junk mail preferences to ensure that emails from @ourfamilywizard.com are not being marked as spam by any filters you have set up. You can review your preferences by going to Mail, then Preferences, then click Junk Mail.
