Researchers find that Parental Conflict leads to poor sleep for children
At the OurFamilyWizard website, we have many parents that struggle with a conflictual relationship. A recent study has shown another reason for parents to put their own feelings aside and get along for the benefit of the children.
In an article posted on Medical News Today, researchers have found that homes where there is a higher level of conflict, children have a poorer quality of sleep. They found that children may go to bed at the same time, but once in bed children from higher conflict homes tended to roll around and fidget throughout the night.
