Deborah Hope Wayne, Esq. is a collaborative lawyer and mediator who helps guide clients through the complex dynamics of divorce, separation, parenting agreements and other family matters. Her practice includes a range of services that help clients make informed choices about custody, parenting, and finances outside of the formal court setting. These services include: negotiation and preparation of agreements as a mediator and as independent counsel, review of mediated agreements, and preparation and filing of uncontested divorce documents. Ms. Wayne is accredited by the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation. She has also been certified by CLUSTER Community Services to mediate custody and parenting access (visitation) cases. She mediates a wide range of cases from simple to high net worth and complex cases. Ms. Wayne has been an Adjunct Professor of Collaborative Law at Pace University School of Law for 10 years. She is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst.
