Go to My Account to manage your account access settings, password and more.

Easy Access PIN

Enabling an easy access PIN for the OurFamilyWizard Family Law Practitioner app allows you to bypass username and password authentication for quicker logins. To create your PIN,

  1. Tap My Account in the menu. 
  2. Select Manage PIN and then tap the Set PIN button under Actions. 
  3. Create your four-digit pin and then confirm it.

You can change or disable the easy access PIN at any time from this screen. 

 

Touch or Face ID

Touch or Face ID are additional ways you can bypass username and password authentication for swifter logins. To enable these features,

  1. Tap My Account in the menu. 
  2. Select Manage Touch ID and toggle the switch to Enabled. 

Note: Enabling Touch ID will enable Face ID on devices that support it. 

 

Updating your password

  1. Tap My Account in the menu. 
  2. Select Manage Password
  3. Tap Change Password. You will need to know your current password to update it to a new one. 

If you do not remember your current password, use our password retrieval tool to create a new one

 

Push notifications

Push notifications for activity within your clients' accounts are managed through your phone's settings. 

  1. Open your phone's Settings menu.
  2. Scroll down and find the OurFamilyWizard Family Law Practitioner app within the list of apps on your phone. 
  3. Tap Notifications and decide how you would like push notifications to be delivered.
