Family Mediator

As a family mediator it is your job to help parents resolve their differences and develop an understanding of how their new family structure will work.  The OurFamilyWizard website can be a tremendous tool for both you and your clients.

By using the website, regardless of whether or not your parents use the site, you will be able to help them create parenting schedules, create a shared repository of family information and contacts and more. 

If your families do decide to use the site, all of the work you did will already be on the site ready for them to get going.  We have heard from mediators who use the site already, that they will setup a projector in their conference room so that they can show the parents what a 5-2-2-5 or every other weekend and Tuesday schedule will look like.

More importantly, if the family you are working with does take a turn for the worse, everything on the site is documented with who did and when.  Resolving disputes is much easier if you don’t have to contend with the “he said/she said”.
