What is the difference between a 3rd party and professional account?

The third party account gives the ability to see a restricted amount of information, which is pertinent to them. These accounts were originally designed to provide people like grandparents with the ability to stay involved with the family.  However, many attorneys use this account to have some access to their client's communication.

The professional account is designed for Neutral Family Law Professionals to be able to assist both parents through the website.  Often, these accounts are used by parenting coordinators, minor's counsel, parenting consultants, guardian ad litems, mediators and other neutrals.  These accounts are not designed for use by your legal representative because it provides information about both parents.

Many attorneys do use the third party account to have some access to the information.  We have plans to release an attorney account that will be more suited their needs in 2010.
