If you'd like to use the search box to find a message you must first select the messages menu tab at the top of the page.
1. You can find the search box at any point when navigating through the messages section. It is always located at the top right corner of the message list.
2. The most efficient way to find a message that you're searching for is to either type the name of the sender or recipient or type a keyword into the search box. Press the enter key on your keyboard to initiate the search. The results of the search will be displayed as a list of messages.
