If you'd like to move a message to a different folder in the messages section you must first select the messages menu tab at the top of the page.

1. First you must navigate to the folder that the message you wish to move is located in. For this example the message that I would like to move is in the "Inbox" folder. IMPORTANT: Messages that are located inside of the Action Items, System Messages, or Sent Messages folder can no longer be moved to a different folder. Messages also cannot be moved into these folder.

2. Next, select the message that you'd like to move to a new folder by clicking the checkbox associated with that message. After selecting the message, click the button located at the top of the page titled "Move to." A drop-down menu will appear. Select the folder that you would like to move the selected message to.

3. You may wish to confirm that your message was successfully moved. You can do this by navigating to the message folder that you indicated for the move.
